Aside from her compelling looks her demeanour was equally compelling – During the Tik Tok live Pinkydoll engaged with her audience by sticking her tongue out; responding the phrase “Ice cream so good!”, occasionally growling, and reciting the phrase “Gang-Gang” as well as “Yes, Yes, Yes” in perfect monotone.

Initially, no one understood what she was doing, but it was later specified that Pinkydoll was emoting according to the Tik Tok stickers donated to her by her audience.

After learning its origin, Pinkydoll remained on the trending page. Being shared and scrutinised in the Twitter threads, until several users have leaked information that Pinkydoll has earned over $6,000 from her Tik Tok live, spurring the internet in a frenzy. The response was polarizing – many commended her for her dedication and entrepreneurial spirit, while others expressed concerns about the younger generation's focus on quick fame rather than hard work. Despite the diverse opinions, Pinkydoll's influence inspired numerous users to create their own personas and commands, involuntarily flooding the Tik Tok page with the repetitive content we see today.

In spite of the NPC trend’s abnormal and monotonous content, the trend is kept alive by select users with a distinct choice for entertainment, as well as a barrage of inquisitive users eager to see the absurdity first hand. With the amount of attention it got, the trend has even garnered attention from celebrities – Producer, Timbaland was seen donating to Pinkydoll while rapper, Cardi B was spotted reposting a video of Pinkydoll on Twitter.
